look at the solder joint. The LED lamp strips produced by regular LED lamp strip manufacturers are produced by SMT patch process, solder paste and reflow soldering process. Therefore, the solder joints on the LED light strip are relatively smooth and the amount of solder is not much. The solder joints extend from the FPC pad to the LED electrode in an arc shape. The amount of solder on the solder joints of the Shanzhai LED light strip is uneven, and most of them are wrapped by a dot around the solder foot. At the same time, there will be different degrees of tin tips, which is a typical phenomenon of manual welding

look at FPC quality. FPC is divided into copper coating and calendered copper. The copper foil of the copper plate is protruding. If you look closely, you can see it from the connection between the pad and FPC. Calendered copper is closely connected with FPC, which can be bent at will without pad falling off. If the copper clad plate is bent too much, the pad will fall off, and too high temperature during maintenance will also cause the pad to fall off

check the cleanliness of the surface of the LED light strip. If the LED light strip produced by SMT process is used, its surface cleanliness is very good, and no impurities and stains can be seen. However, if the fake LED light strip produced by hand welding process is used, no matter how the surface is cleaned, there will be stains and traces of cleaning, and there will be flux and tin residue on the surface of FPC
