Yanhua and Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly develop nano polyester
at present, the traditional development mode of petrochemical industry with refining and chemical integration is facing the structural contradiction of insufficient demand for refined oil and insufficient supply of olefins/aromatics. Recently, Yanhua company and Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly developed nano polyester successfully. At present, pilot tests have been completed, and the production target of 3000 tons can be achieved within the year. Therefore, Yanhua has become the first manufacturer in China that can mass produce nano polyester. Nano materials have broad application prospects in catalysis, light filtering, light absorption, medicine, magnetic media and so on. Compared with ordinary polyester, nanocomposite polyester has high strength, good barrier property and resistance. Therefore, in the hot environment of the rear muffler, it can ensure that the anechoic cover does not appear deformation or cracking heat, wear-resistant and light specific gravity. It can replace metal and ceramics to make engineering plastic products such as gears, plug-ins for electric theft front devices and pipes, and can also meet the urgent needs of the market for packaging materials such as high barrier property and hot filling.
